Days Before Trans. Archive threshold not yet reached, or the archive job is not scheduled or enabled

Check the threshold in Retail Setup and confirm the archive job is active in Scheduler Setup

Transactions are not being archived

The transactions are not yet included in a posted statement

Check if the Statement No. field is filled in for the transaction, in the Transaction Register page.

Transactions are not exporting to Azure

Archived Transaction Container ID is missing or incorrect, or the export job is not running

Verify the Container ID in Web Replication Azure Storage Setup matches exactly what is shown in the Azure Portal. Confirm the export job is scheduled

Azure connection error during export

Incorrect Azure credentials or storage account misconfiguration

Verify the Azure Storage connection string and access permissions in Web Replication Azure Storage Setup

Archived Transaction External page is empty after export job ran

No transactions met the Days Before Archive Transaction External threshold yet, or the export job did not complete

Verify the date threshold in Retail Setup. Manually trigger the export job and check the job log for errors
